These Terms apply when you access the Snoosi website or purchase from us.

“Snoosi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the merchant operating this store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with Snoosi.

These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Using our website

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screens, and measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, fraud is reasonably suspected or a genuine pricing or listing error has occurred.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. For UK customers, displayed prices include applicable VAT where VAT is chargeable unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, Free Tracked UK Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery risk

Goods remain at Snoosi’s risk until they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them, except where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

7. Returns, cancellations and faulty goods

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our 30-day returns process and statutory cancellation rights. Statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, design, logos, photographs, graphics and video, is owned by or licensed to Snoosi and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, photograph or other feedback, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting Snoosi.

10. Third-party services and links

We use third-party services including Shopify and payment, delivery, analytics and advertising providers to operate the store. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Website availability

We try to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory consumer rights or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when your order was placed will normally apply to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These Terms and purchases from Snoosi are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain mandatory protections available under the laws of your home jurisdiction.
