How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free and tracked on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, Free Tracked UK Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking details after dispatch. You can also use the Track My Order link in the footer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We will try to help, but changes cannot always be made once processing or dispatch has started.

How do I choose the right option?
Use the size, colour and specification information shown on the product page before ordering.
Will colours look exactly the same as the photos?
Minor differences can occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
How should I care for my Snoosi product?
Follow the care information shown on the relevant product page. If care instructions differ by product, the product page takes priority.
Returns & problems
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly through the Contact Us page with your order number and photographs where helpful.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my parcel?
Check around the delivery address, safe places, household members and any carrier delivery photo first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.
